Interview Process

Bear Transportation Services places significant importance on the interview process. In order for the candidate and Bear to be successful, both must be a fit. To that end our interview process involves multiple opportunities for the candidate to get to know Bear. Candidate consideration involves a five step process:

1. initial interview
2. testing
3. background review
4. job shadowing
5. management interview
