A – Bear services all of North America including Canada and Mexico
Q – Does Bear provide Less Than Truckload services?
A - Yes.
Q – Can Bear provide service for specialty loads such as HAZMAT or over dimensional loads?
A – Yes. Bear is HAZMAT certified and ensures that all carriers for HAZMAT loads have the proper, current certifications. Bear also has a wide network of specialty carriers for over dimensional loads, crains or other specialty needs.
Q – How do you protect from double brokering?
A – We verify company name and information with each driver during our dispatch process. If the information does not coincide with the information given during the matching process, the carrier is removed from the load.
Q – Who guarantees carrier payment?
A – The carrier’s payment relationship is exclusively with Bear. This point is specifically covered in the Bear Broker-Carrier Contract.

A – Net 30 days
