Q – Do you offer advances and if so what percentage?
A - YES. once we confirm that the product is safely loaded we can issue an advance via Comchek. We will advance up to 40% of the load value. Bear DOES NOT charge any additional fees for this 40% advance. Comchek does charge a nominal fee at the time.
Q - Can I fax in my invoices rather than mail them in?
A – YES. we encourage carriers to submit all documentation via fax. You may fax invoices to (888) 391-2562 or email them to accounting@beartrans.com. A small percentage of our loads require original documentation for processing. If you haul a load that requires original invoices we will notify you and you will need to send in the originals via mail or express service.

A – Bear knows that direct communication is the key to a smooth transaction. Thus, we require direct contact with all drivers hauling our customer’s loads.
